Stacy and her team were great! We needed an urgent clean up in our vacant lot in downtown LA and BCT was able to get out there the day after they came to quote us. Stacy was super professional and kept us constantly updated on the clean up process. Her team and her cleaned our 1.5 acre lot of homeless encampments, needles, knives, and other biohazards. It was insane how much they were able to clean up in such a short amount of time as our lot had a ton of trash and even more after they started cleaning. BCT went above and beyond in service and made what would be a rather difficult process very easy and efficient. You’re in good hands if you’re with Stacy!

usually don’t write reviews, but I have to give this company 5 stars. Stacy went above and beyond to respond same day to a seemingly small job. She finished a suicide cleanup and headed straight over for our bird nest infestation. (IT WAS SO GROSS). She was not judgmental at all, reassured me that the job would be contained, and went to work. (I am scared of bird mites). She decontaminated everything, removed all the nests, relocated a bird even, laid tarps down to catch any drips, and finished leaving my eaves and porch area looking better than when I moved in. She eve offered to put up some bird spikes for no extra cost because they may return! The cost was affordable for the service, although I am sure this was a small job, she made it as important as her other ones. I really appreciated that. I will definitely call her again for any bizarre cleaning scenario. Awesome service : five stars!

You know what the best part was? Stacy told me upfront that she was already booked on the day that I needed her services so she contacted someone else in her network and passed along my information as a referral.
